As much as I would like to lie and tell you this photo was staged, this is really how I looked when I was walking around in Bangkok. At least you don't see the water bottle dangling behind me hooked on my small body bag. :-) You got all the elements here: Camera around the neck, fumbling about with a big map, shorts and flipflops. Such a tourist! But I do look a bit like a Thai local, so at least they don't give me tourist prices! Gee bhat?

Not the way to look while on the road.
As much as I would like to lie and tell you this photo was staged, this is really how I looked when I was walking around in Bangkok.
